  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup high-quality honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
